As a Staff Recruiter, you’ll support your teammates. We’ll support your career.

As an entry-level Staff Recruiter, you’ll support a team of Staffing Managers by sourcing, recruiting, and building relationships with top professionals in your job market. We’ll provide you with the entry-level training you need to be able to identify great candidates and get to know their skills, qualifications, and professional and personal goals. If you succeed in this role, you could grow to become Staffing Manager and mentor your own Staff Recruiters.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience
  • Excellent business acumen
  • A passion for working with people and a good work ethic
  • Professionalism, integrity and a drive to learn and succeed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding business
  • Recruiting industry experience is not required
