As a specialty recruiter, you'll connect some of the top professionals in your industry with opportunities at incredible companies. If you’re all about finding a career that’s rewarding, exhilarating and inspiring, learn more about us.
We’ll be brief with the history lesson. We know you’re more concerned about your future than our past. We just thought you'd like to know that we've been around for a while—and we plan on sticking around for quite a bit longer.
We come from a long line of specialty staffing and recruiting agencies, some dating back as far as 1979. At various points, we all joined forces under the Adecco Group—a Global Fortune 500 organization and the world leader in workforce solutions. That means we're part of something big. And that can be pretty reassuring, especially if you want to join a company with staying power.
From leading local food drives to swimming, biking and running for global youth foundations, we do more than help people find jobs.
This global initiative organized by our parent company, Adecco, raises money for youth foundations based on how many kilometers colleagues swim, bike and run.
We practice environmentally conscious consumption in our own workplaces, and support workplace-related charities like Dress for Success.
According to Feeding America, 1 in 7 Americans struggles to get something to eat. So we organize food drives and give to charities, locally and nationally.
We encourage our colleagues to participate in charitable efforts in their communities. Not only do we love to give back to those around us, we have fun while we're doing it.
It’s easier to come to work every day when you have a leadership team who understands and supports your career. In fact, some of them have even started in your position—as a recruiter.
